Try an Essentrics Class with Karen Robertson

Essentrics is a full body workout suitable for all ages and fitness levels focusing on flowing movements that simultaneously lengthen and strengthen every muscle in the body. The workout draws on the movements of tai chi creating health and balance, the strengthening theories of ballet developing long, lean, flexible muscles and the healing principles of physiotherapy releasing tension and enabling joint movement. The beauty of Essentrics is its balance of stretching, strengthening, posture, and cardiovascular work.
Our class will work through sequences at a slow to moderate pace (depending on the class) to increase flexibility and mobility, unhinge stiff joints and strengthen muscle ability.
